We currently do not accept returns or refunds on items not damaged in transit. If an item arrives damaged, see the damages policy. 


Cancellations are not accepted as items are made to order. If a cancellation is absolutely necessary, contact me immediately. I will decide on a case to case basis and only a partial refund will be provided. A 15% cancellation fee will apply if a cancellation is approved.  


If an item arrives damaged, save the item and original packaging so an insurance claim can be filed after you contact me at within 48 hours of delivery.
